Starting Friday, November 6, 2026, Pickles and Beer will be going indoors for the fall/winter 2026-27 season at The Forge, located at 4845 Tradewinds Parkway, Madison, WI, 53718. Pickles and Beer will be held there every Friday from 6-9 pm until the weather starts to warm up again in March.
Pickles and Beer is a social gathering of pickleball players of all ages and ability levels that meets every Friday night of the year. During the warm-weather months, the event is held outdoors at McGaw Park in Fitchburg. Pickles and Beer was started in 2022 by Erin and Dan Schettler, who have graciously volunteered their time to run the event for four years now!
If you would like to attend, you can register here. The cost to attend the event is $7.00. The Forge has a bar and restaurant on the second floor overlooking the courts. For more information about The Forge and Pickles and Beer, click here.
