Registration is now open for the fourth annual Baird CAPA Cup pickleball tournament, which will take place August 14-16, 2026, indoors at Pickleball Kingdom in Sun Prairie, WI. There will be standard brackets for women’s doubles, men’s doubles, and mixed doubles, as well as a bracket for open doubles (skill level 2.5, age 18+), an open parent/grandparent and adult child open bracket, and an open parent/grandparent and child under age 18 open bracket.
Those who register before July 1, 2026, will receive 3 free Franklin X-40 pickleballs for each event for which they register. This tournament is only open to Capital Area Pickleball Association (CAPA) members, but membership only costs $15 per year, so if you would like to become a member, click here.
The tournament will feature round robin play, followed by a medal round in which the top two finishers from the round robin will compete for gold/silver, and the third- and fourth-place finishers will play for bronze.
Please note that with the exception of the parent/grandparent and child events, ALL scores will be reported to DUPR! In addition, please be aware that there will be certified referees to officiate the medal games as well as some of the round robin matches.
