Join area pickleball players for the Serve, Smash and Remember Fundraiser to benefit the UW Initiative to end Alzheimer’s. This special fundraiser supports research and people impacted by Alzheimer’s disease. Men’s, women’s and mixed doubles brackets. Special exhibition events will be held at midday.

Registration fee: $25
Cost per event: $15
Total cost for one event: $40
If you play more than one bracket, the cost is an additional $15/per bracket.

What’s Happening on the Courts:

Gold Medal Challenges – Surprise twists, mini-games, and wildly inventive skill tests designed by our partners like Basecamp Fitness, Madison College Fitness Center, Madison College Fitness & Wellness Program Students, the Capital Area Pickleball Association and more. Think trick shots, lightning-fast serves, lobs into barrels, and more—this is pickleball like you’ve never experienced before! (Free with registration)
Pickleball Scramble for Intermediate Division (3.0 – 3.8 rating) and Advance Division (Above 3.8 rating): Test your skills in a fast-paced scramble where every match brings a new challenge. You’ll switch partners, face a variety of opponents, rack up points, and keep the action nonstop. Register early—spots fill up fast! ($20 entry fee)
Beginner Social – New to pickleball? Dive in with guided play, laugh-out-loud moments, and simple skill sessions tailored for fun and learning with experienced coaches. It’s the perfect intro to the fastest-growing sport in America! (Free with registration)

The 2026 Baird CAPA Cup Tournament will be held Friday, August 14, 2026, through Sunday, August 16, 2026, at Pickleball Kingdom in Sun Prairie! Pickleball Kingdom is located at 463 Broadway Drive, in Sun Prairie, WI, 53590. More details, including registration information, will be posted on the CAPA website in a couple of months, but for now, please save the date! Hope to see you there!
